Do I really not need to drill?
Correct. Every organizer we sell is chosen to be installed without drilling. Some items stick on with adhesive (like the peel-and-stick under-shelf drawer in our Spice & Pantry Door Kit), some hang on something you already have (like the faucet sponge holder and the towel bar that hooks over a cabinet door), and some simply sit in place (like the cut-to-fit drawer dividers and the sink-corner drying rack). Each product page says which method it uses.
Will the adhesive damage my walls or cabinets? Will I lose my security deposit?
We want to be straight with you: adhesive can lift paint, wallpaper, or the finish on some cabinet surfaces when removed. To lower the risk:
- Test on a small hidden spot first.
- Use adhesive items only on smooth, clean, non-porous surfaces (tile, glass, sealed cabinets), not on textured walls or fresh paint.
- When removing, warm the adhesive with a hair dryer and slide dental floss behind it instead of pulling.
If your lease is strict, choose items that don't use adhesive (the faucet sponge holder, the over-the-door towel bar, the drawer dividers and the sink-corner rack). We can't guarantee how every surface will react, and every lease is different. Check yours if you're unsure.
Are any products food-safe?
Our organizers are designed for storing jars, containers, wraps, towels and cleaning supplies, not for direct contact with food, unless a product page specifically says otherwise.
How do I know it will fit?
Measure before you order: the flat area on the inside of your cabinet door and the gap between the closed door and the shelves (door racks and organizers), your door's thickness (over-the-door towel bar), your drawer's inside length, width and height (dividers), your faucet's shape and diameter (sponge holder), and the corner of your sink (drying rack). Will the faucet sponge holder fit my faucet?
It fits round faucets 0.6-1.0 in (15-25 mm) in diameter. It is not for square or flat faucets. To check, wrap a strip of paper around your faucet where the holder will hang, measure the strip, and divide by 3.14. If your faucet doesn't fit, the holder can also mount on a smooth wall next to the sink.
The drawer dividers are "cut-to-fit." What does that mean?
They're slotted plastic strips you snap or cut to the length of your drawer, then slot together. Measure your drawer first: once a strip is cut, it can't be joined back together, and cut strips can't be returned.
Can I buy every item on its own?
Most items, yes. A few pieces (the chalkboard labels, the under-shelf drawer, the trash bag holders and the round towel holders) are available only as part of a kit.
Do you ship everywhere?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states + Washington, D.C.). We don't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US.
How long will delivery take?
Our products ship from our supplier partners, so next-day delivery isn't possible. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Kits and multi-item orders are packed by more than one supplier, so they may arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. Each package has its own tracking number, and there's no extra shipping charge. If one part hasn't arrived when expected, contact us.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of unused items in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
My item arrived damaged or broken. What do I do?
We're sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the box. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been sent to our supplier yet, we can cancel or change it. Once it has shipped, please follow our return process.
